I’m honest, caring, and empathetic, but I’m also action-oriented, ambitious, and committed to finishing what I start. I’ve lived on three continents, in seven different countries, and have spent much of my career working in large multinational companies. I’ve always sought to get the most out of life—from collecting diplomas and certifications to competing in various professional sports and embracing nearly every challenge that came my way. For years, I pushed myself to the limit, rarely sleeping and seldom taking time to rest. I lived life at 120% until, at 28, an unexpected diagnosis of type 1 diabetes forced me to reevaluate. Suddenly, I had to prioritize only the pursuits that truly mattered to me because I no longer had the energy to do it all.
For me, diabetes has been a gift—it’s helped me redefine the meaning of success and begin making conscious choices. While I’m still ambitious and continue to raise the bar, I now focus only on the areas that truly matter to me. Diabetes has guided me to live a more fulfilled and balanced life, and sharing this lesson with others brings me immense joy. Helping others discover what a fulfilling life means to them, guiding them in making conscious choices, and assisting them in rearranging their lives to align with their true priorities is not just deeply satisfying for me—it’s a responsibility I take to heart.
Since 2016, I’ve been dedicated to supporting people—first as a certified ThetaHealing therapist, and since 2020, as an ACC-certified coach with training from the NeuroLeadership Institute. I believe I have a unique ability to empathize with others, recognize what’s written between the lines, and guide them toward profound self-awareness and transformation. At the same time, I thrive in corporate environments, where I’ve worked closely with middle and top management in various roles since 2013, including positions as regional finance controlling manager, project manager, and HR manager. This diverse experience enables me to work even more effectively with clients who are seeking career growth.
And finally, one of the most important aspects of my life is that I’m also a mom, which has been quite a challenging journey, especially in the beginning. I dedicated all my energy to my son, often neglecting my own needs to the point of near burnout. It took considerable effort to adjust my perspective on life, rediscover myself, and find a healthy balance between caring for my family and maintaining my own identity beyond being a mom. This journey has been transformational, and I love to draw on these experiences to guide my clients toward greater balance, meaning, and joy in their own lives.
