I use the NeuroCoaching (also called brain-based coaching) method, which is grounded in modern neuroscience and understanding of how the human brain works. This approach allows us to reach those pivotal “AHA” moments more quickly and easily compared to traditional coaching methods.

The recommended format includes 12 individual sessions, aimed not only at accomplishing the initially defined goals (typically three) but also at fostering deep personal transformation and lasting habit change. Unlike transactional coaching, where the client achieves goals by acting differently in specific situations (focusing on outward change), transformational coaching focuses on changing the person themselves by altering their way of thinking (fostering inward change). This approach leads to long-lasting changes that positively affect the client’s overall quality of life, not just a specific area or situation.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and the entire coaching period typically spans about three to six months. The recommended format can be adapted to meet the specific needs of each client. Sessions are conducted online and can be held in Czech, English, or Spanish. The price per session is 2,300 Kč.

I approach each coaching relationship as a partnership, where I share responsibility for the results with you. While I provide the framework, you are always in control of the content.
